Security Agent

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Agent at Le Gray. The Security Agent will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and property. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring surveillance systems, maintaining physical security throughout the premises, handling any security incidents, and providing excellent guest service by assisting guests and staff in security- related matters. The role involves consistent vigilance and coordination with the broader security team.

Qualifications

– Proficiency in Physical Security
– Strong skills in Security and Surveillance practices
– Exceptional Guest Service abilities to interact effectively with guests and staff
– Attention to detail and the ability to remain alert and handle incidents calmly
– Prior experience in hospitality security is a plus
– Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security training are an
advantage
