Hostess

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess at Le Gray. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent guest service. The Hostess will also handle phone calls, direct guests as needed, and ensure smooth coordination with the service team to maintain a welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

– Hospitality Management student or graduate
– Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
– Experience in handling Reservations and Phone Etiquette
– Exceptional Guest Service skills
– Professional appearance and attitude
– Fluency in English is a must
– Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a must
