Captain Waiter

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lebanon for a Captain Waiter at Le Gray. The Captain Waiter will be responsible for overseeing the service team ensuring excellent guest service, managing food and beverage orders, and coordinating with the kitchen team. Daily tasks include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring that the dining experience meets the hotel’s high standards.

Qualifications

– Hospitality Management student or graduate
– Strong Guest Service and Communication skills
– Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a must
– Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
