Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Banquet Head Chef, at Le Gray. The Banquet Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food for events and
banquets. Day-to-day tasks include managing kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food and beverage service, and working closely with event planners to craft memorable dining experiences. The
Banquet Head Chef will also ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.
Qualifications
– Experience in a 5 star Hotel or in a high end catering company
– Leadership and team management skills
– Strong attention to detail and presentation skills
– Menu planning and development experience
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
